Wolves
Why we love it: Hidden in the hub of Illovo on Corlette Drive is where Wolves- home to free Wi-Fi, the best red velvet cupcakes with the most amazing coffee – resides. With a wide selection of board games to play with friends, you will find yourself becoming a regular even when it’s not for work purposes.
Warm and Glad
Why we love it: Fairly new on the Joburg scene, we love how this space has become, as Dion Chang says, a “coffice” (coffee office). We love the free wi-fi , the coffee and the food-and we are kind of seriously obsessed with the fact that they serve Paul Ballen’s homemade ice-cream. If you have never tried it, then you are failing at life and need to visit W&G as in yesterday.
Motherland
Why we love it: Free wi-fi, great coffee, great service, what’s not to love? This is one of the perfect places to get your caffeine fix to help you plough through your work outside of the office. Coffee shop banter has been proven to improve productivity; combine that with the small and intimate Motherland space, and you have the perfect place to work outside of the office.
Croft and Co.
Why we love it: It’s a nifty place in Parkview that combines two of the greatest things in life: quality shopping and good food. When you’re looking for a place to work for the day outside of the office, with no distractions and excellent, personalised service, this is the place to go.
