Looking for something to do this weekend? Something that involves eating MasterChef worthy food while jamming to Grammy-winning beats? Well you’re in luck, the DSTV Delicious International Food and Music Festival returns to Jozi this weekend!
Taking place at the Huddle Park Golf Recreation club in Linksfield on Saturday 6 June, the festival’s Delicious restaurant will be hosted by MasterChef SA judge, Pete Goffe-Wood and will run a series of exciting live cooking demonstrations and cook-alongs at the Food Network Pavilion. We hear whispers of celebrity chefs Reza Mohammed, Siba Mtongana and Jenny Morris being on hand to participate in these cook-alongs too! Chaka Khan, our fave American Diva whose four-decade vocal career has seen her win 10 Grammy Awards, will be performing. Any lovers of funk, soul, R&B, disco and jazz won’t want to miss her killer set! Also on stage, the godfather of global house music, Louie Vega! Munch on street foods, food truck delectables and the latest food trends while his afro-beats indulge you!

The Collaboration between Molecular Bars, Prep’ed by Sasha and Mikasa Creative bring you Backyard Pop-up – a platform to showcase what we do best. The Backyard team is also proud to announce that we are teaming up with Nevermore media who will be making sure we have a great line up of live music at all our up and coming events – to guarantee a good selection of tunes a R10 entrance fee will be charged at the door.
