Kylie Jenner has reportedly claimed that she wants to quit Keeping Up With The Kardashians because she feels so “blindsided” by her dad’s gender transition.
The 17-year-old has been having a tough time dealing with Bruce Jenner’s decision to have gender reassignment surgery and going public with the news. Kylie feels that she doesn’t have any privacy and that there is too much pressure from the public wanting to know every detail about her life – and that’s what’s stirred her decision to walk away from the reality show
According to an insider, “People forget she’s still just a kid. Sure, she’s rich and famous and living the life, but she’s also a regular teenager going through the same stuff all teenagers go through. She gets terrible mood swings and there are many times when she feels like hiding from the cameras. The last thing she wants to do is talk about her feelings in front of the whole world. She doesn’t even want to talk to a therapist.”
Another insider has revealed: “Kylie wants her own show. But it’s not just a Kardashian-esque reality show she’s interested in. Kylie would also like to do a show like Celebrity Apprentice.”
