North West and Penelope Disick are just tutu cute. Yesterday the cousins were spotted together, accompanied by Kim, in their adorable costumes in contrasting black and white tutus as they left their weekly dance class.
Of course, 23-month old North added a chic edge to her white ballet costume, by adding a matching white Balmain jacket and had her hair tied in her usual top knot. These two are going to be a force to be reckoned with, watch out Kendall and Kylie you have some fierce family competition.
