We are huge fans of Jesse Eisenberg and Kristen Stewart so were super excited to see the Adventureland costars reunite in the red band trailer for American Ultra. Jesse plays a small town weed-smoking grocery store attendant who is blissfully unaware that he is actually a “stoned “cold killer/ superspy. When a government agent type shows up unexpectedly one night and awakens his super spy skills. Kristen Stewart plays his girlfriend in the flick and together they get to kick some serious butt. The movie also stars John Leguizamo, Connie Britton of Nashville fame and Topher Grace who plays the villain. Add to that tons of high energy fight scenes, espionage and general confusion on the part of the lead actors make for what promises to be an epic dark comedy. The movie hits theatres in the States in August, we can’t wait to check it out.
Also, Kristen Stewart shows, once again, just how gutsy she really is. The usually brunette actress died her hair orange for her role in the film.
